Prize winners will be notified by a representative of the Steamboat Pilot & Today via telephone, e-mail and/or mail of their prize winnings. Winners must claim their cell phone and activate their service plan at a MyWireless store in Steamboat Springs. Winners may be asked to show photo identification at the time of prize redemption. No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited. Direct all questions to Scott Stanford, 871-4211.
Official Rules
1. Here’s How To Play: No purchase is necessary. Visit www.exploresteamboat.com to enter. Limited to one entry per person, per day.
2. No purchase or transaction necessary: You may enter the contest without making a purchase by filling out the contest form.
3. Contest prize: The contest prize will include the following; a free LG Dare or Blackberry Curve, depending on the day of the drawing, to be redeemed at a My Wireless store location in Steamboat Springs. This prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified by phone and/or email and/or mail. Must redeem certificate within 90 days.
4. Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals 18 years or older except employees and immediate family members (i.e. spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of The Steamboat Pilot & Today and My Wireless Inc.
5. General Rules: Contest winner will be pulled by random. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18, or if all required information is not submitted on the application, an alternate winner will be chosen and awarded the applicable prize. All entrants must agree to these rules with the final decision made by The Steamboat Pilot & Today. The winners hereby consent (where legal) to the use of his or her name by The Steamboat Pilot & Today for the purpose of advertising on behalf of the organization without compensation. All tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner. Contest is subject to all Federal, State and Local Laws. Sponsor reserves the right, without further obligation or liability, to cancel this contest at any time. The chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The contest drawing will be under the supervision of the management of The Steamboat Pilot & Today. All decisions in all matters relating to the contest are final. The Steamboat Pilot & Today reserves the right to correct errors in printed contest material in conjunction with the contest. Only the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
Winners will be drawn and announced on September 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23 and 26.
